⭐ Ginza Kimuraya ⭐

Ginza Kimuraya is a bakery shop in Tokyo. The shop has been open since 1869 (Meiji 2). Ginza Kimuraya is located in Ginza.

I am a big fan of Tohoshinki, a Korean boy band popular in Japan. I found this shop on Twitter when Tohoshinki appeared on Nippon TV (8 Nov 2024) with bread from Ginza Kimuraya.

I went to Japan in December 2024 to try this shop. The first floor is a bakery with various breads. The second floor is the Sandwich Cafe & Bar.

 

I went to the second floor for brunch. I ordered a shrimp sandwich and corn soup. The food is tasty; I give it a 5/5.

I went to the shop at 10 a.m. and there were few customers. After I finished my dishes and went downstairs, there were a lot of people.

Before I left the shop, I bought anpan (buns with red bean paste filling). I like this; it’s not too sweet for me.

How to go: Ginza Station Exit A9 and turn back towards the shop on the left-hand side.
